Rent Payment Overview

1. 1.) Due Date: Rent is due on the first of each month and late by the 6th of the month. We only accept payment in the form of online payments (via the online Tenant Portal). If you have questions about your rent, please consult your lease. If you still have questions, please contact your property manager at 503-321-5140.
2. 2.) Late Fees: We will need to charge a late fee if your rent is not received on time. Please consult your lease regarding late fee amounts.
